case study
m.i.h Major Events Ltd acted as the Event Operations Director and was part of the leadership team for Terminal V 2025, Scotland's largest techno music festival.
Terminal V featured more than 100 world-class acts, four specially designed stages and 10,000 people per day over Easter weekend at the Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh.
Our role involved working on behalf of the promoter, EE Live, to ensure the event was planned and executed safely and efficiently. From medical and security to venue management, production, and stakeholder coordination, we were responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the festival, working in collaboration with our valued partners.
We brought together a strong team that that worked hard before and during the event to deliver a successful festival. Our team, led by Olivia McLean, co-founder and director of MIH Major Events, included MIH Associate Melanie Cook, who led the Event Control operation, and Dan Jones from JPC Safety Limited, our essential Health and Safety Advisor and Safety Officer. We worked with F4F event services Ltd to ensure the best site delivery with their local contractors and Kirsty Reid, who led the production planning, stage management and oversight.
MIH also helped welcome the VisitScotland and EventScotland learning journey on-site.
At MIH Major Events, our success is built on the power of collaboration. By working closely with our associates across the UK and working with trusted partners such as G4S, Police Scotland and Royal Highland Centre, we ensure successful events, bringing together expertise from various fields to create unforgettable experiences.
