MIH Major Events was proud to deliver the Event Branding Project Management for the spectacular SailGP Germany Sail Grand Prix in Sassnitz in August 2025. The high-performance sailing event that brought world-class competition and immersive fan experiences to the Baltic coast.

Working alongside SailGP’s Global Branding team, MIH led the end-to-end branding process across multiple event sites, including:

• The Tech Site – the operational hub for race teams and technical crews

• The Race Stadium – the vibrant fan zone for ticket holders and hospitality guests

Our scope included:

• Strategic planning and layout development

• Coordination of creative assets and print-ready artwork

• Procurement, production, and onsite installation

• Signage, wayfinding, and branding solutions tailored to local regulations and crowd flow

• Compliance with SailGP’s sustainability standards

From managing global inventory and supplier coordination to budget tracking and installation timelines, MIH ensured every branding element reflected SailGP’s global standards while celebrating the unique character of Sassnitz.
