Senior management team supervising Glasgow Green, the host venue for the Marathon, Time Trial, Road Race, and Festival 2014 site during the Commonwealth Games.

Responsibilities encompassed venue management, race route coordination, readiness programs, logistics teams, enhancing the spectator experience, and ensuring operational delivery of all road events.

Outcomes

Oversite of 3 major road events, stretching across 100-mile area.

Management of over 100,000 spectators in the city to watch road race on final event day.

Integration of Sport competition and cultural programme on one site.

Creation of road event routes to showcase the Host City, and surrounding regions, key landmarks and natural landscapes on a global scale.
